Jason Mintz provides us a brief glimpse into the front of the pack. He shares his highly scientific process for setting goals and running fast. He also gives us some tips on pre-race nutrition and choosing races. Actually, it was quite refreshing to find that none of it is really all that scientific. Jason lives outside of Syracuse but finds his way to Rochester (and most of the Northeast) quite regularly.
