Running Inside Out Podcast is turning The Big 1. Come celebrate with all the members of our running community.

We'll share some stories, show a few movies, raffle some awesome prizes and of course, eat some cake!

  • When: Friday May 27th, 2016 7:00pm
  • Additional details: This is a community room, so we will have some chairs and some cake. Feel free to bring your own comfy camp chair, bean bag, snuggly pillow or yoga mat. Additionally, feel free to bring beverages and snacks of your choosing.
  • Here is a Facebook Event Page, for you know... Facebook chatter.

Movies

We'll have a few short local films as an appetizer to get us geared up for the main feature, "100: Head/Heart/Feet", a story of one man's journey to run the Vermont 100.

We'll also hear a few words from some of our past podcast guests who have spent some time running in Vermont so you can get a local take. (Listen to 009 with Bambi Jasmin if you'd like to hear some now)
