Kip was born in Kenya, but began to call Rochester his home shortly after high school.
You can usually find him crossing the finish line first in local half and full marathons or working with the Monroe Milers, Girls on the Run.
If you don't find him there, he might be at the Rochester Running Company just hanging out. Unless there is some snow on the ground, then he is most likely back in Kenya training and working with the Tekelbei Foundation.
Kip has the Buffalo Half and Full course records, and has won the Rochester Marathon twice along with the Mighty Niagara Half, the Cleveland Full and has won so many other races.
