About this Episode

GOOSE Adventure Racing on Running Inside Out Podcast

The guys from GOOSE Adventure racing thrill us with tales of trekking through the mountains in the dead of winter, stupify us with stories of speeding down gravel mountains only a helmet and guts for protection, and pummel us with parables of paddling through 40 foot swells all in the name of adventure and pushing boundaries.

In addition to the adventure racing background, GOOSE is responsible for some of the most frequently discussed races on the podcast from the near ancient Muddy Sneaker (going strong for 18 years) to the newly hatched Ontario Summit Trail Races (growing strongly into it's 3rd year)

It's a long episode but that's because these guys are long on experience.
We find out what motivates them, hear some great stories and share a few laughs at the expense our of friends.
